As stated above I’ve listened to this after I purchased it several times. I live the sound of Roy Dotrice voice as he reads the story. Imagine my surprise, when I decided to to revisit the series, and the audio is no longer available even though I purchased it with this so I could listen while I work? Where has the audio go?
Disclaimer-I love the story, though wish I could get at least one more book from it (Winds of Winter) my 1 star purely reflects my anger at the missing audio for a book that I purchased

This is a good fantasy story. And it is great that it seems to have attracted a widespread audience, including many fans who otherwise might never have had any interest in the fantasy genre. Hopefully, the more widespread interest will encourage more fantasy stories by more authors.
However, the story is not finished. The last volume in this series was published in 2011. The concept of serial publishing is good in that it makes it financially feasible to tell big stories. It allows an author to make some money along the way and gauge the reception of their story and writing style. Hopefully, this will encourage an author to write more. However it is very frustrating for the reader when the author does not finish the story. What kind of storyteller is it that engages their audience in a complex story and then never tells the ending?
